For our HQ in central Berlin we are currently looking for a passionate Executive Assistant who is curious to learn and grow with us in the areas Business Operations, Accounting and Office Management.


You will be

  • part of our 6-person Operations team and together with us the first point of contact for the team and management
  • assisting in administrative tasks, looking up numbers and figures and helping out where help is needed
  • managing relationships with local, national and international suppliers
  • assisting the accounting department in their daily operations
  • over time or depending on your previous experience, taking over more responsibility managing the preparatory accounting and supporting other accounting projects like the preparation of the annual statements and audits
  • helping to improve our structures and processes with new ideas and self-initiative
  • giving reception assistance if needed
  • being an active part of keeping operations running and making clients and visitors feel welcome in our office space


We are looking for you if you

  • enjoy making other peoples’ lives easier
  • are fluent in English, and have good command of the German language
  • have an affinity for numbers and have worked with Excel before
  • enjoy working with MS Office and email correspondence on a day to day base
  • like to be efficient, well organized and keen on maintaining the best possible time management
  • are a team player, open to new responsibilities and challenges
  • are an energetic and positive person who likes to create a happy and inspiring environment for your colleagues and everyone visiting our office
  • have a legal permit that allows you to work with us in Berlin, Germany
