QA / Support

Berlin, Germany Full-time

BaseCase provides a web-based platform for creating and distributing interactive apps. Our SaaS platform is used by eight of the top ten pharmaceutical companies and by over half of the top ten medical device companies worldwide to create and distribute interactive presentations that communicate the value of their products.

In the Support / QA role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to our clients in English, on the phone and via email
  • Ensuring the quality of the work produced by our software and consulting teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of software QA experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Preferred: a technical university degree
  • Work permit for the EU
